The latter posts are of my latest collection for Spring Summer 2012.
Limited editions of the garments are available at MILK in Long Street, Cape Town.
My challenge working in South Africa has always been to find good quality, unique fabrics with beautiful prints. Due to the surge in imports from more competitive markets in the textile retail sector in recent years, sadly, our own textile development industry has diminished considerably. My aim was to see if it was commercially viable for a non-commercial South African designer to develop and print their own textile designs in Cape Town.
